INGREDIENTS
- Pumpkin seed protein: a raw, vegan protein source packed with micronutrients.
- Lysine: a natural essential amino acid to make pumpkin seed protein fully complete and balanced.
- Extra dose of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids): the most important essential amino acids to support regeneration after workouts.
- Creatine and glutamine: two of the most popular natural workout supplements, supporting lean muscle growth and hydration of muscle tissues.
- Glucose and fine oat flour, providing just a small dose (only 13 grams) of carbs to quickly replenish energy reserves, but also leaving space for carbs in your normal meals during the day.

HOW TO PREPARE
60 g After workouts Use 60 g (about 5 tablespoons) shake powder after workouts. Mix with water in a shaker bottle. If you prefer, you can add any type of milk instead of water. You can adjust the dose according to your bodyweight and workout intensity. The general recommended portion (60 g powder) provides 32 g protein, safely covering a 60-minute workout if your bodyweight is between 60-90 kg. After use, always close the bag tightly with the zip lock. Store in a cool and dry place. Recommended portion: 60 g daily, prepared with water. |
