HOW TO USE
You just need to measure the right amount of powder with a spoon into your bottle, add some water and shake well before drinking.
If you track your calories and macronutrients through the day, you can use a kitchen scale for a more precise measurement.
- Pre-workout formulas: best to drink 10-20 minutes before your workout.
- Post-workout protein shakes: drink them right after your workout. If you prefer, you can prepare these shakes with any type of milk or plant based drink instead of water. Or just simply add the protein powder to your smoothie or muesli meal, making them more nutritious.
