    HOW TO PREPARE

         10 g (about 1 tablespoon)

      10-20 minutes before your exercise

    Stir the powder well in a glass of water until it dissolves. You can also use a bottle - just shake well with water and drink 10-20 minutes before your workout.

    After use, always close the bag tightly with the zip lock. Store in a cool and dry place.

    Recommended portion: 10 g daily, prepared with water.
