    HOW TO PREPARE

    Use 7 g (about 1 tablespoon) powder daily. Stir well in a glass of water until it dissolves. If you prefer, you can add some fruit juice or syrups to the drink, or just include the collagen complex to your muesli or yoghurt.

    To nourish your joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails, you can use nutrez Marine Collagen Complex every day. One bag contains a full month supply. After three months, you can reduce the dose to 1-2 times weekly, or take a break for 2-3 months.

    After use, always close the bag tightly with the zip lock. Store in a cool and dry place.

    Recommended portion: 7 g daily, prepared with water.
